Official regulation of the wisepharm" promotional campaign held during the national pharmacy conference 23-25 november 2023

HIGH-TECH SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.R.L., with its registered office at Bd. Bucurestii Noi 25A, Floors 1 and 2, Offices A202-A207, Building P+3, Sector 1, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under number J40/4847/26.04.2012, with Unique Registration Code RO30126940, bank account RO88BRDE450SV53028204500, opened at BRD-SMCC Bank, represented by Ms. Adriana Lungu, in her capacity as Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
The “Wisepharm” Promotional Campaign, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion” or “Campaign,” will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules (hereinafter the “Official Rules”), which are mandatory for all Participants.

Purpose
This Promotion aims to promote the products and services sold by the Organizer.
Duration of the Promotion and Scope
The Promotion will take place during the conference days according to the schedule:
“The National Pharmacy Conference – 2023 Edition,” which will be held in Bucharest from November 23 to 25, 2023.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the period and content of the Campaign’s rules or to decide to terminate it, but not before announcing it.

Right to Participate
Any legal entity validly registered in Romania (hereinafter the “Participant”) can participate in the Promotion. The Participant will be represented by an individual designated by written authorization, hereinafter referred to as the “Representative.”
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion and win the prizes offered by the Organizer, Participants must meet the following conditions cumulatively:
The participation coupon offered during the conference must be fully and correctly completed and deposited in the specially designated box;
The Representative must correctly enter all data, being able to demonstrate with a valid ID and a power of attorney issued by the Participant in case the Participant is designated as a winner;
Accept and comply with the provisions of these Official Rules. By participating in this Promotion, respectively by completing the participation coupon and depositing it in the designated box for drawing lots, Participants will be considered to have accepted the provisions of these Official Rules, thereby consenting to their full applicability.
Promotion Mechanism. Participants are entered into the lottery based on the completion of the following data: name and surname of the Representative, name of the Participant, unique identification code of the Participant, Participant’s address, Participant’s phone number, and Participant’s email address.
To avoid any doubt, a Participant can participate only once in the Promotion, with the right to one prize awarded by drawing lots throughout the duration of the National Pharmacy Conference – 2023 Edition.
PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT PAYMENTS, and PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION IS FREE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. In this sense, all Participants are enrolled for free in the Promotion in accordance with the provisions mentioned in these Official Rules.

Designation of Winners and Prize Awards
The designation of winning Participants, as well as the awarding of prizes, will take place on November 24, 2023, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Participants who have correctly completed the data and deposited the coupon in the box will participate in the lottery for the prizes.
Winning Participants are free to accept or refuse the prizes. In the event that the prize is refused by the Representative or the Representative is not present at the Organizer’s booth during the time when the prizes are drawn, another Participant will be drawn.
The prizes consisting of tablets and portable speakers will be awarded and handed over to the Representative on the spot, and a handover protocol will be drawn up.
Winners of the prizes do not have the possibility to receive the equivalent in cash or other items in exchange for the prizes, and they cannot request the modification of the prizes.
The prize belongs only to the Participants designated as winners and cannot be transferred to third parties.
The result of the draw and details regarding the awarding of prizes will be published on the website www.wisepharm.eu.

Prizes – Number, Nature, Value
Within the Promotion, the Organizer will award the following prizes:
Prize 1 – 1 Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Light tablet, 32GB – 694.15 lei Prize 2 – Waterproof portable speaker AKI 249.99 lei
Forgery or fraud of the participation coupon is punishable according to the current laws. The participation coupon entitles the holder only to the prizes awarded within the Promotion.

Taxes and Levies
In case the legislator establishes the introduction of costs or taxes for prize recipients, these will be applied by them.

Personal Data
For the purpose of conducting the Campaign, designating and validating winners, and attributing prizes, the personal data of the Data Subjects (Representatives of Participants) will be processed by the Organizer in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as other legal provisions regarding the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Data Subjects have, according to Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the following rights: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to address the National Authority for Personal Data Processing Supervision.

Official Rules of the Promotion
The Official Rules of the Promotion are drawn up and will be made public in accordance with applicable legislation, BEING ACCESSIBLE FREE OF CHARGE TO ANY APPLICANT DURING THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE PROMOTION at the events held. The Official Rules are available in physical format from the representatives of the Organizer or can be requested at the email address: marketing@htss.ro.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants expressly and unconditionally adhere to its provisions and undertake to fully comply with its terms and conditions. Any violation of the provisions of these Official Rules may lead to the disqualification of Participants and the non-award of potential prizes.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Official Rules without the right to compensation, with any changes being made known to the public at the events held.
Any amendment to the Official Rules will be the subject of an additional document and will be authenticated by the notary public who authenticated these Official Rules. The changes will not have retroactive effects but will take effect from the date they were made known to the public.
The Organizer is not responsible for the Participants’ failure to be aware of the Representatives’ changes, as long as they are made available to them.
The Organizer is not responsible for the validity of personal data provided by Participants or Representatives. The Organizer has no obligation to correspond with claimants after the end of the Promotion or the awarding of Prizes.
In the event of force majeure or fortuitous events that make it impossible to continue the Promotion, the Organizer may suspend or interrupt the Promotion by making the necessary changes, which will be communicated to the public, without entitling Participants to claim compensation.
The Organizer will not be held responsible for any damage suffered by the winner in connection with the Prize. Participants understand and acknowledge that the Organizer will not be held responsible for any and all possible damages or injuries suffered by participants or caused to third parties as a result of the use of the Prize. In the event that the winner suffers damage/injury due to the normal use of the Prize and due to manufacturing defects of the Prize, they should address the manufacturer.
In the event of an attempt at fraud, abuse, or acts directed against the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation and hold those responsible accountable under the law.

Disputes
Any disputes between the Organizer and the Participants will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts at the Organizer’s headquarters. Any complaints related to the conduct of the Promotion must be made in writing within 5 days from the date on which the event causing damage became known or should have become known. Campaign Organizer
